This esteemed institution was founded under the visionary leadership of Mr. Lokesh ‘Titu’ Yadav, dedicated social worker of Dhabar, Agsauli, Sikandrarao, District Hathras. Inspired by the noble guidance of his father Mr. Harischandra Yadav (Former Pradhan), the foundation of this college marks a historic step towards spreading the light of education in this region.
The backwardness of this area in the field of education always inspired him to bring a change. Especially, the pain of seeing daughters deprived of higher education became the true inspiration behind establishing this college. Today, H.C.
